Visual Schedules
Visual schedules help promote independence within the home and at school and also prepare the young person for changes within their routine which can lead to a reduction in anxiety.

A schedule can be on a piece of paper as shown in the video above or on a phone, IPad or IPod as displayed below, which can be easily constructed using personalised photos and sounds.
